Portugal emerged from their victory over Ireland without any fresh injury concerns. Gonçalo Inácio was replaced at half-time by Renato Veiga, though that appeared to be a tactical switch rather than a fitness issue.
Head coach Roberto Martínez may consider starting Veiga from the outset this time, while Francisco Trincão is pushing for a deserved place in the lineup after providing the assist for João Neves’s headed goal in the previous match.
